THE GREY STUFF RECIPE FROM DISNEYLAND

Cake:
  • Shortbread or sugar cookies
  • Red Velvet Cake mix
  • Seedless red raspberry jam
Topping:
  • 1 3.4oz Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 1 ½ Cup Milk
  • 1 8oz Cool Whip
  • 12 Oreo Cookies Crumbs
  •  sprinkles (optional)
    1. Bake red velvet cupcakes in a mini cupcake tin according to package instructions.
    2. Set aside to cool.
    3. Prepare topping by mixing pudding, milk and cool whip
    4. Place Oreo cookies in a food processor until finely ground.
    5. Mix oreo cookies into the topping until completely incorporated.
    6. Place raspberry jam in a frosting bag or ziploc bag with the end trimmed off.
    7. Add a dab of jam to the center of your cookie. This serves to adhere the cupcake to the cookie.
    8. Place the mini cupcake on the cookie.
    9. Top the cookie with another dab of raspberry jam.
    10. Place your oreo topping into a piping bag and swirl over the cupcake in a cone shape.
    11. Add sprinkles or ground Oreos if desired.
