St. Thomas (Stay on ship day) and day at sea
Day 5: St Thomas
We have often been to St Thomas and decided to take advantage of the mostly empty ship. I was able to relax, get in a swim and explore a bit more.
The ship is so big and with so many people on board I was really looking forward to a day with decreased numbers on board. The anti-social part of me was coming out and floating in the pool was a nice change of place.
One of my favorite things about the ship was the amount of space and with the limited numbers on board I was able to really apricate them.
On that evening we had reservations to watch the ice skating show. I was in shock by the fact that there was a ice skating rink on the ship. This is also the area that they have laser tag.
Day 6: Day at Sea
We decided to investigate the ship and see as much as we could. As I think back, I wonder how I missed this or that.
But if was a great chance to head out after breakfast and see what it has to offer.
But first Brett and I had reservations to a specialty lunch “A Taste of Royal” I really wanted to get a taste of some of the specialty dining options.
It was all so good and makes me want to plan on trying some on our next cruise.
